TOMICA

Tomica is a series of toy vehicles made of die-cast, combining the names "Tomy" and "car". These toys have been manufactured by Tomy since 1970 and by Takara Tomy following the merger in 2006. It is believed that Tomica is a spin-off of Plarail, another Takara Tomy brand company that has been releasing train toys since 1959.

They are similar to the toy car lines of Hot Wheels and Matchbox in the West. Over the years, Tomica has introduced various lines featuring toys inspired by a wide range of real-life vehicles, as well as fantastical ones, licensed characters like Disney, and numerous tracks and playsets.
