This rotary cutter for perforation cutting can perforate paper, film, vinyl, etc., allowing them to be cut apart when necessary. Perforation blade with a diameter of 28 mm is mounted. One-touch replacement of the blade is possible.

You can use the ruler to cut straight lines or freely cut curved lines.
The cut portion can be perforated at intervals of approximately 2.7 mm and the uncut portion at approximately 1 mm.
▢ How to use
Pull the blade cover toward you to expose the blade.
Use blade cover fully when not in use.
Cut by pressing against the object on a cutting mat.
Do not place your fingers near blade.
Rotary cutter 28 "233B" (sold separately) can also be attached.
▢ How to replace blade
1. Position blade side down,
2. Pull down clasp on the back side and release blade.
3. Replace the blade with a new one and set it in place.
4. Push up the clasp to secure blade firmly.
*Do not change blade in the palm of your hand.
